Frequently asked questions

How long does structural construction take?

About 5–6 months for a small-scale residence and 6–9 months for larger projects, from foundation to finished structural frame. The agreed timeline is written into your contract.

Do you give a BOQ and written contract before starting?

Yes. Before any work starts you get an itemised BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and sign a written contract covering scope, cost and timeline, so what you are paying for is fixed on paper before the first day on site.

Do you do soil testing?

Not on every plot. We assess each site first, and recommend and arrange soil testing where conditions call for it, such as sloped, filled or stream-side plots; the results feed straight into the foundation design.

Do you build to NBC 105:2020?

Yes. Every project we build follows NBC 105:2020, Nepal's national building code for seismic design, which sets how a building must be designed and detailed to resist earthquake forces.

Can I visit completed or ongoing sites?

Yes. You can look through our completed and ongoing work on our projects page, and ask us to arrange a visit to a site when you get in touch.
