We also work as your independent Owner's Representative (PMC). We check rebar before every pour, track materials and costs, and send you reports you can trust, while your chosen contractor builds.
Common Questions, Wherever You Are
Do I need to be in Nepal at any point during construction?
No — many of our NRN clients complete the entire project remotely, though visiting for the final handover is common.
Can someone else in Nepal act on my behalf?
Yes — a Power of Attorney arrangement is common and we coordinate directly with whoever you designate.
How is the price kept fixed regardless of currency fluctuations?
The BOQ or a lumpsum as agreed is quoted and locked at approval — currency movement on your end doesn't reopen the number.
What if my country isn't listed?
