For Nepalis Building From Australia
Build Your Home in Nepal — From Anywhere in Australia
A fixed price. Weekly updates. One person you can actually reach. Building from 8,000 km away shouldn't mean building blind.
The Real Problem With Building From Abroad
You've heard the stories. A relative back home who was supposed to check on the site "sometimes." A contractor who quoted one price and billed another, three separate times, and there was nothing you could do about it from Sydney or Melbourne. Money sent for materials that somehow never made it into the walls.
This is the single biggest reason Nepalis in Australia delay building their home for years, even when the money and the land are ready. It's not the cost. It's the fear of losing control the moment you're not standing on the site yourself.
We built our NRN process specifically to remove that fear — not with promises, but with a fixed number and a weekly habit you can hold us to.
How Building From Australia Actually Works
Design & Fixed Quote (Remote)
Send us your land details and requirements over a video call. We prepare architectural drawings and a fixed-price BOQ or a fixed lump-sum price, weekly photo and video updates, and one point of contact for your whole build.
NBC 105:2020 Structural Design
Every design goes through seismic-compliant structural engineering before a single brick is laid — checked by our own engineers.
Construction With Weekly Reporting
Every week, you get photos and a short video walkthrough of the site — an actual look at what's been built, not just a text saying "all good."
One Point of Contact
You deal with one project coordinator throughout, not a rotating cast of site staff. We work around the 4-5 hour time difference.
Handover, On Your Terms
Final walkthrough video before you fly back to see it in person, or a trusted representative signs off on your behalf.

Questions From Clients Building in Australia
Can the price change after I approve it?
No. The BOQ or the lump sum we quote is the number you pay unless you change the scope. Any change is priced and agreed in writing before it's built.
What if I can't be there for the whole build?
Most of our NRN clients aren't. That's exactly why weekly reporting exists — you see the same thing you'd see standing on-site, on your own schedule, from Australia.
Do I need a family member to supervise construction?
No. Our project coordinator is your on-ground contact. A trusted family member is welcome to visit, but it's not a requirement for the process to work.
How do payments work from Australia?
We'll walk you through this on the first call — payments are typically staged against construction milestones, not paid upfront in full.
What if I want to make a change mid-construction?
Any change to the approved design or BOQ is scoped and quoted separately and agreed in writing before work starts.
Can you handle the land approval / Naksa Pass process if I'm not in Nepal?
Yes — we handle municipal approvals and permitting as part of the design phase, coordinating with your Power of Attorney holder if one is designated.
