Who it's for
Planning to build
You have land and a rough idea, and want to know realistic costs and what to watch out for before you sign anything.
Already under construction
Work has started, and you want an independent check on quality, progress or the contractor's bills.
Building from abroad
You're in the Gulf, Malaysia, Japan, Australia or elsewhere, relying on photos and phone updates, and want someone qualified to look properly.
What we review
- Architectural and structural drawings, including NBC 105:2020 seismic compliance
- Your budget or the contractor's quotation: what's realistic and what's missing
- Site photos and videos: rebar, columns, concrete work, workmanship
- Contract terms and payment schedule

Frequently asked questions
Is it really free?
Yes. One 30-minute call, no obligation. If you later want us to build or supervise your project, we'll discuss that separately.
Can you visit my site?
The free audit is done remotely from your drawings and photos. Site visits in the Kathmandu Valley are available as part of our supervision and PMC services.
I'm abroad. What time will the call be?
We schedule around your time zone, whether that's Gulf evenings, Asia mornings or Europe weekends.
What if construction is already halfway done?
That's often the most useful time to check. Many problems can still be caught before the next floor goes up.
Don't build blind.
One call with an engineer can save you lakhs, and years of worry.
