Our Story
Ajira Builders was rebranded in 2020, building on an already-established construction practice, with a renewed focus on genuinely engineering-led residential construction in Kathmandu — one where structural integrity and seismic compliance aren't an afterthought, but the starting point of every design.
We build homes that are engineered first, finished beautifully second — because a well-designed home that isn't built to withstand Nepal's seismic conditions isn't a home worth building.
