We use standard planning assumptions where detailed design drawings are not yet available. Those assumptions may differ from the measurements and requirements of your final design.

Detailed material rates, quantity allowances and calculation methods are not part of this public guide. What Is Included and Excluded?
The estimate covers allowances for structural works, flooring, doors and windows, painting, electrical and plumbing works, kitchen and bathroom fittings, other standard finishing items and associated labour. Selected furnishing is included only when requested. Land, design and engineering fees, naksa pass and municipal approval fees, and major site-specific works such as retaining walls are outside this estimate.
