These terms apply to your use of ajirabuilders.com, which is run by Ajira Builders Pvt. Ltd. ("Ajira Builders", "we", "us"). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Estimates and calculators are for guidance only

The design cost estimator, the prices per square foot, the package prices and the brick, concrete, area and EMI calculators give indicative figures based on the information you enter and on typical costs. They are not a quotation, an offer or a promise of a price.

Actual costs depend on site conditions, soil, design, material choices, market prices and municipal requirements, and are set only in a written quotation or contract from us. The EMI calculator is not a loan offer. Prices and package contents shown on the website may change without notice.

Our work is governed by a written contract

Any design, construction, supervision or project management work we carry out for you is governed by a separate written agreement. If that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.

Information, not professional advice

Our blog posts, guides and calculators give general information. Building codes, municipal bylaws and prices change, and every site is different. Before making decisions about your land or building, get advice from a registered engineer or architect for your specific project.

Photos, drawings and 3D views of projects may be illustrative, and finished buildings can differ in detail.

Forms and how we contact you

When you send us your name and phone number or email address through the website, you confirm that the details are yours (or that you have permission to share them) and you agree that we may contact you by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, Viber or email about your enquiry and about our services and offers. You can opt out at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains this in full.

Acceptable use

When using the website, you agree not to:

• Submit false information, or someone else's contact details without their permission.
• Send spam, or use the forms for anything other than a genuine enquiry.
• Try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or its admin area.
• Copy large parts of the website automatically (scraping) or reuse its content commercially.

Our content

The text, photos, drawings, designs, logos and calculators on this website belong to Ajira Builders or are used with permission. You may view them and share links to them, but you may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission. Designs we prepare for clients are covered by the client's contract.

Other websites

Links to other websites and apps are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Limitation of liability

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is", without guarantees that it is complete, current or free of errors. As far as the law allows, Ajira Builders is not liable for any loss arising from use of the website or from decisions made on the basis of its content, estimates or calculators. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Nepali law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any dispute about them will be handled by the courts in Kathmandu.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
