Consultation
A straight conversation about your project — free to start, with deeper support available when you need it.
How it works
- Initial consultation — A free 30-minute session, available to anyone considering a project.
- Included automatically — For clients moving forward with Architectural Design, Structural Construction, Turnkey Construction, or Project Management — no separate charge.
- Paid consultation — Available as a standalone service, particularly for clients (often new ones) who have a specific problem at their site and want focused expert input without committing to a full engagement.
Who this is for
Especially useful if you're facing one or two specific issues on an existing site and need a straight, expert read on them — not a sales conversation, an actual assessment.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a consultation cost?
The initial 30-minute consultation is free. Consultation is also included at no extra charge if you go ahead with Architectural Design, Structural Construction, Turnkey Construction or Project Management; standalone paid consultations are quoted for the problem at hand.
How long is the consultation?
The free initial session is 30 minutes. Paid consultations run as long as the problem on your site needs.
Who is a paid consultation for?
Mostly homeowners with one or two specific problems on an existing site who want an expert assessment without committing to a full engagement.
Do you give a BOQ and written contract before construction?
Yes. If you go ahead with construction, you get an itemised BOQ and a written contract before any work starts.
Can you advise on NBC 105:2020 and earthquake safety?
Yes. Our advice is engineering-led and based on NBC 105:2020, Nepal's national code for seismic design, which sets how buildings must be designed to resist earthquakes.
Do you do soil testing?
Not on every plot. We assess each site first, and recommend and arrange soil testing where conditions call for it, such as sloped, filled or stream-side plots; the results feed straight into the foundation design.
Can I visit completed or ongoing sites?
Yes. You can look through our completed and ongoing work on our projects page, and ask us to arrange a visit to a site when you get in touch.
